Wellington Medieval Guild

The Wellington Medieval Guild recreates aspects of life in the European Middle Ages between 800 and 1550. Established in 1987, we practise dance and combat each weekend, with feasts and other events throughout the year.

New Zealand’s only medieval jousting troupe, the Order of the Boar is a historical re-enactment society that recreates a group of knights, support troops and family travelling the tournament circuit in the later 14th century.
